Made with whole cluster direct press and aged on full lees for 7 months, it has the salt-licked edge of a breeze off the Pacific, but floats more than it grips. Low intervention, low sulfur, and high charm. Pair with olive bread, cacio e pepe, or simply a late afternoon with no plans. Serve cold.
