Neumeister’s delightfully aromatic version is built around 40-year-old Gelber Muskateller, with fellow early-ripening varieties Welschriesling, Müller-Thurgau, and Scheurebe rounding out the blend. Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Subtle notes of fresh herbs, a touch of cassis, nuances of grapefruit zest, a touch mineral. Medium bodied, white apples, a fine acidity, with a lemony touch, a lively summer wine.
