Notes of citrus, exotic fruits, flowers, toast and mineral on nose. A gentle dollop of wood sets off the appealingly floral suffused nose of exotic tea, mineral reduction and orange peel. The middle weight flavors are not quite as concentrated though they’re finer and more detailed on the beautifully textured flavors that exude evident minerality on the balanced, saline and sneaky long finish. The mouth is powerful, precise, structured, with elegant toasted salt. The finish is long and full of minerality.
