Biodynamic. This wine is as its name (Hensgt means male horse in german) a big fiery all in powerful and finesse. From the Grand Cru Hengst (marly limestone with a bit of sandstone) this 2012 offers a very smoky, leathery aroma of Pinot and dark-toned fruit flavors.
