One of only a very small number of gins with a protected geographical indication, meaning that it can only be made in Menorca in Spain. Pot stilled, made with wine grapes instead of grain, hence gluten-free. Perfect for martinis. Aromas of citrus, juniper and edible flowers (hibiscus, violet).
