Tasting Notes: Method Dry is produced from a recipe of twenty-seven botanicals including citron, camomile, marjoram, anise, spearmint, and nutmeg. Fresh and bright with a golden hue and medium-light, oily body, this classicly styled vermouth has aromas of orange blossom, thyme, and lemon curd, and tastes of ruby red grapefruit, white raspberry, fennel and allspice. The finish is pleasantly and mildly bitter with hints of licorice and menthol.
