Here we have an unpasteurized, undiluted (genshu or cask-strength) style sake, packaged in a 200ml aluminum can to minimize light and oxygen contact which are harmful to the quality of unpasteurized sakes. But this packaging also makes this a great choice for single servings on-the-go! Rice for the yellow can is milled to 70% and alcohol is 19%. This is full-bodied in texture and flavor with a dry finish. Best chilled or poured over an ice cube.
