All fruit is handpicked from meadow orchards where Norman cows graze beneath the trees. Some of the trees are 200+ years old. 100% pure unfiltered juice with no added sugar. Co-fermentation of pears for perry (an alcoholic cider strictly made of pears) and pears for cider.
