Sancerre draws its freshness, citrus aromas and floral notes from the sauvignon blanc grape variety. Made from grapes grown on limestone and clay-limestone soil, this wine shows nice length on the palate. Its mineral characteristics can be best appreciated with seafood, fish, hard cheeses and appetizers. No destemming / 2-4 weeks in temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
