The Viognier gives a laid-back tropical tone while the Roussanne adds rich full-bodied notes of pear, almond and a touch of herbal tea.Green apple and lemon acidity keep the big body from getting too flabby. Perfect as an aperitif, it will also complement fish, shellfish, pasta in cream-based sauce and roasted poultry.
