Biodynamic. 100% Krakhuna. One of the OG skin-contact/orange regions, Georgian wine rests with skins (in this case, only 5% of them for three weeks, so not as aggressive as some of them can get) in amphora called Qvevri. The clay of the Qvevri imparts minerality and other secondary notes into the wine. This wine has a delicate nose of aspen and resin. On the palate, top notes of white cherries with a lovely acidity and texture. Bright finish with suggestions of green tea and grapefruit.
